1. Who can enrol in Skill Bill?
Anyone 18+: students, professionals, job seekers, founders, corporate teams.
2. Can I try before enrolling?
Yes: free starter kit, discovery call, ₹5,000 trial session for micro & macro teams.
3. What's the weekly time commitment?
5 hours per week on average. Subject to change based on cohort schedule.
4. Are there prerequisites to join?
English proficiency is a must. We assess your goals during discovery to recommend the right path.
5. How do I choose Solo, Micro, or Macro?
Solo: individuals. Micro: 5-10 learners. Macro: 10-20. Advisors help match context.

Programme Structure
1. What are the six learning tracks?
Professional Excellence, Personal Mastery, Holistic Wellbeing, Communication Mastery, Career Acceleration, and Future-Ready Skills.
2. Explain customised learning paths & blending tracks?
Based on your subscription plan (Solo, Micro or Macro), you can blend 2, 4, or 6 learning tracks respectively. Then, our program team will design a customised learning pathway.
3. How do Solo, Micro, & Macro subscriptions differ?
Solo: foundations (20h). Micro: application (40h). Macro: mastery (60h).
4. Are sessions online, in-person, or hybrid?
All three formats offered. Mode confirmed at enrolment based on cohort type.
5. Are session recordings provided?
No. This policy is to ensure that learners prioritise live attendance.

Pricing & Subscription
1. What are the pricing options?
Solo: ₹6,000 | Micro: ₹45,000 (5 learners) | Macro: ₹1,20,000 (10 learners).
2. Can I switch between subscription plans?
Not currently. We welcome feedback for future enhancements.
3. Is there a refund policy?
Yes: 7-day no-questions-asked refund from enrolment date; processed within 5 business days.
4. Are discounts available for upfront payments?
Not currently; our plans are already priced accessibly. But, watch out for seasonal offers and promotions.
5. What are the payment terms?
For all subscription plans (solo, micro, and macro), 50% advance due upon enrolment; balance due prior to certification. Without full payment, certification won't be issued.

1. How is learner progress assessed?
Competency-based assessments, peer reviews, coaching feedback—no traditional exams.
2. What certification do I receive?
Digital e-Certificate for Solo Learners and Micro Teams; framed physical certificate for Macro Teams.
3. What if I don't meet competency benchmarks?.
We offer remedial coaching and re-assessment opportunities to ensure you achieve required competencies within the subscription period.
4. How long is certification valid?
Certifications do not expire. Refresh skills every 18-24 months via update modules..
5. Do you provide placement support?
We provide access to curated job boards for Micro Teams and pre-placement training for Macro Teams.
