Everything you need to know before you begin your Skill Bill journey — from enrolment and eligibility to delivery modes, assessments, and certifications.
Based on your subscription plan (Solo, Micro or Macro), you can blend 2, 4, or 6 learning tracks respectively. Then, our program team will design a customised learning pathway.
3. How do Solo, Micro, & Macro subscriptions differ?
Not currently. We welcome feedback for future enhancements.
3. Is there a refund policy?
Yes: 7-day no-questions-asked refund from enrolment date; processed within 5 business days.
4. Are discounts available for upfront payments?
Not currently; our plans are already priced accessibly. But, watch out for seasonal offers and promotions.
5. What are the payment terms?
For all subscription plans (solo, micro, and macro), 50% advance due upon enrolment; balance due prior to certification. Without full payment, certification won't be issued.

1. How is learner progress assessed?
Competency-based assessments, peer reviews, coaching feedback—no traditional exams.
2. What certification do I receive?
Digital e-Certificate for Solo Learners and Micro Teams; framed physical certificate for Macro Teams.
3. What if I don't meet competency benchmarks?.
We offer remedial coaching and re-assessment opportunities to ensure you achieve required competencies within the subscription period.
4. How long is certification valid?
Certifications do not expire. Refresh skills every 18-24 months via update modules..
5. Do you provide placement support?
We provide access to curated job boards for Micro Teams and pre-placement training for Macro Teams.
